Full-time Philippines-timezone AI video generation operator for international brand ads. Founder trains you to study reference videos, write prompts, generate clips, and pick the best output. Training provided; paid tool access; paid test for shortlisted applicants.
What you'll do
- Study reference videos, work out how they were built, write prompts, and generate clips
- Pick the best output from many generations using visual judgment
- Rebuild ads that already work rather than inventing from scratch
- Receive direct founder training, including recorded walkthroughs of real jobs
- Use paid tool access provided by the employer
Requirements
- Have played with AI video tools and have an eye for what looks right vs fake
- Willing to generate many versions to get a few good ones
- Coachable; want a stable long-term role
- Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video work
- Good written English
- Willing to sign a simple confidentiality agreement
