About the role

Direct-response multimedia designer for financial-services and real-estate-investing lead gen — static ads, short-form/Reels, self-created UGC, and AI-generated images, videos, avatars, and concepts. Not ecommerce, not local small-business social. One clean portfolio link required.

What you'll do

• Make static lead-gen ads and financial-service / lead-magnet creatives built to get a click, form submit, or booked call.
• Produce short-form video ads and Reels with hooks, jump cuts, captions, B-roll, pacing, and pattern interrupts.
• Create self-shot UGC and UGC-style edits.
• Generate AI images, videos, avatars, and creative concepts.
• Produce multiple ad angles and variations for testing.

Requirements

• Portfolio that shows static lead-gen ads, short-form/Reel ads, self-created UGC, and AI-generated creative work.
• Experience with financial or service-based advertising (not Shopify/ecommerce product ads).
• Understands direct-response lead generation for financial services, lending, and real estate investing.
• Send one clean, easy-to-view portfolio link — not a nested Canva folder.
