About the role

Full-time Claude Code specialist who builds, debugs, and maintains software and sets up AI-assisted development workflows for the team.

What you'll do

• Build, debug, refactor, and ship features using Claude Code
• Set up and maintain CLAUDE.md files, custom slash commands, hooks, subagents, and MCP server integrations
• Write clear prompts and workflows that produce reliable, high-quality code
• Review and test AI-generated code before it goes live
• Document processes so the team can reuse them

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Claude Code on real projects
• Solid programming skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
• Comfortable with Git, the terminal, and code review
• Willing to work during US Eastern Time business hours
• Good written English communication
