Google Ads Specialist (Scaling + Claude Code) - Full-Time, Long-Term

About the role

A digital services company is hiring a full-time Google Ads specialist to run and scale Search campaigns through Claude Code playbooks, not only the Ads dashboard.

What you'll do

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns end to end
• Run daily and weekly campaign operations through Claude Code following our playbooks
• Manage keywords, negatives, bids, budgets, and ad copy
• Read performance data, spot what is working and what is wasting money, and act on it
• Scale campaigns up in a controlled, structured way as performance proves out
• Keep clean records of every change and why it was made

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on Google Ads experience. Not a course you took. Real accounts you have run.
• Direct experience SCALING campaigns, not only running small ones.
• Strong understanding of Search campaigns: match types, negative keywords, Quality Score, conversion tracking, bidding strategies.
• Willingness to work through Claude Code is a hard requirement.
• Excellent written English and clear reporting.
