Video Editor & AI Avatar Specialist — Short-Form Content (Real Estate)

About the role

Part-time remote role quality-checking an AI avatar and editing short-form real-estate videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

What you'll do

• Quality-check AI avatar renders for lip sync, voice match, and visual glitches
• Edit avatar footage with b-roll, captions, hooks, and platform-specific formatting
• Cut longer raw footage into multiple short clips
• Manage a simple content calendar and post on schedule

Requirements

• Proven video editing portfolio (samples required)
• Hands-on experience with AI avatar tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar
• Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Reliable internet and availability for US Eastern-time check-ins
