About the role
The Internal Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for driving hiring across Pearl Talent’s internal teams. This position operates at the intersection of execution and strategy, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and close top-tier candidates. You will manage multiple searches simultaneously across functions such as Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations. The role is highly execution-focused while also requiring strategic thinking to refine hiring processes and elevate talent quality. This is a high-ownership role suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, and can operate independently while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end hiring across internal functions including Growth, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, and Operations
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining speed and candidate quality
- Drive candidates through the pipeline from sourcing to offer with strong conversion rates
- Proactively source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, building evergreen pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies to improve pipeline quality and speed
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and success criteria
- Provide insights on talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Align stakeholders on candidate profiles and hiring expectations
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, communicating clearly and consistently from outreach through offer
- Represent and strengthen the company's employer brand
- Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and interview processes
- Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline health and time-to-fill, and build scalable processes to support growth
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house; startup experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and consistently close hires
- Experience hiring across business functions such as Sales, Operations, or Growth
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-quality candidates
- High ownership and accountability with a partner mindset toward hiring managers
- Structured and analytical approach to candidate evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
