Mandaluyong analyst who owns AI automation for a client's expense-intelligence platform — CS, support, renewals, and ops workflows.

What you'll do

• Own and manage AI automation initiatives across support, onboarding, adoption, and renewals
• Design, build, and deploy AI-based workflows that augment CS, Support, Renewals, Sales, and Operations
• Identify high-impact use cases and translate them into production-ready workflows
• Establish governance, best practices, and performance tracking for AI-driven automations

Requirements

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows
• Partner cross-functionally to operationalize AI capabilities
• Align solutions to productivity, CSAT, revenue, and churn-reduction goals
