About the role
Reap is hiring an Engineering Manager for AI (Agentic Enablement) in the Philippines to lead how the company builds and enables agentic AI inside its fintech stack.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering for agentic AI enablement at Reap
- Build AI-enabled capabilities on top of Reap's payments, cards, and expense-management stack
- Work with a distributed team across multiple countries from the Philippines
Requirements
- Engineering-management experience in AI or agentic systems
- Able to work from the Philippines on a global fintech team
- Comfortable owning enablement of AI agents in a regulated finance product
