Speech AI Evaluation Specialist - Tagalog
About the role
RWS TrainAI is looking for Tagalog-speaking Speech AI Evaluation Specialists to help shape the next generation of voice-enabled AI systems. In this remote, part-time freelance role, you will hold short voice conversations with AI models and evaluate the quality of their responses — a critical step in training conversational AI. The role pays $8 USD/hour and is open immediately to students, parents, and professionals across the Philippines looking for flexible supplemental work.
What you'll do
- Hold short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform
- Follow provided scenarios and prompts during each interaction
- Evaluate AI responses on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality
- Provide objective ratings and structured feedback per project guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity benchmarks
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Tagalog
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency (B2–C2)
- Experience with AI/ML tasks, data evaluation, QA, or annotation is a plus but not required
