Internal AI Transformation Engineer - ElevenLabs
About the role
As a forward-deployed AI engineer embedded across ElevenLabs's GTM, Operations, and Finance teams, you'll design and ship agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual toil and reshape how internal teams operate. You own high-stakes automations from discovery to production — using tools like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n — and the patterns you define become the blueprint for AI adoption across the company. Fully remote and globally executable.
What you'll do
- Design and iterate on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using ElevenAgents, Claude, n8n, and similar tools
- Integrate AI systems with the core business stack — Salesforce, Slack, Ashby, and more
- Build reusable automation services, patterns, and shared templates that multiply output across every team
- Own experiments end-to-end: spot the opportunity, build the solution, measure the impact
- Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks ensuring AI-native workflows are reliable, auditable, and safe
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping production automations or applications that real teams depend on
- Strong familiarity with LLM capabilities, prompting strategies, and RAG patterns — genuine passion for agentic workflows
- Deep Python and SQL skills plus system design: APIs, webhooks, and orchestration layers
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience: GCP preferred, Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise authentication
- Systems-thinking mindset — you design with security, auditability, and blast radius in mind from day one
