RWS TrainAI Linguistic AI Auditor (Tagalog)
About the role
RWS TrainAI is hiring native Tagalog linguists to audit and evaluate the quality of conversations generated by AI chatbot models. As a Linguistic AI Auditor, you will assess AI-generated chatbot dialogues across dimensions including naturalness, utility, and audio quality, directly contributing to improvements in AI-driven communication systems. This is a remote, part-time freelance engagement at $18/hour for approximately 2 months.
What you'll do
- Audit and evaluate AI-generated chatbot conversations across three core quality dimensions: Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality.
- Apply project-specific guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations across all samples.
- Use a proprietary client platform to complete evaluation tasks, targeting approximately 4 hours of work per business day.
- Participate in onboarding and qualification tests to validate understanding of project guidelines before starting.
Requirements
- Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field — OR demonstrated experience as a professional linguist.
- Native-level fluency in Tagalog.
- Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
- Must be registered as a freelancer or private individual (not a company).
- Willingness to complete a project-specific qualification test prior to starting.
