AI Operations & Strategy Lead
About the role
As AI Operations & Strategy Lead, you'll shape and optimize the integration of visual content operations with Snappr's AI technology, leading a team of specialists delivering high-quality AI-generated visual content. You'll re-engineer processes to increase efficiency and quality, reporting to an Operations Manager. Full-time, onsite role in Ortigas.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to processes
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists
- Initiate continuous improvement in operational processes and policies
- Drive and monitor KPIs focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on new features and tools
- Use data to define problems and design solutions
Requirements
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a people or project management role
- Experience leading a team, including overseeing projects from planning to execution
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience driving and achieving KPIs
- Adept at using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus, not a hard requirement
