We The Flywheel – Agentic Operator (Philippines)
About the role
Be the human-in-the-loop at We The Flywheel — execute account setups, handle operational logistics, and direct AI agents through multi-step workflows where human judgment is required. You'll work directly with the founding team, using AI tools daily to get things done faster than traditional approaches. Remote from anywhere in the Philippines, 10–40 hrs/week contract with ongoing potential.
What you'll do
- Set up accounts, access credentials, and platform configurations across tools and services
- Direct and verify AI agents completing multi-step tasks — catch errors, resolve blockers, close loops
- Handle logistical operations: onboarding steps, vendor coordination, data entry validation, file management
- Escalate edge cases to senior team members and document repeatable workflows for future automation
Requirements
- Comfortable working with AI tools every day — uses them to get things done, not just to experiment
- Detail-oriented and reliable; closes loops and doesn't leave tasks half-done
- Fast self-starter who can figure out unfamiliar platforms without step-by-step guidance
- Strong written English for async communication with a distributed team
- Preferred: experience in account management, virtual assistant, or ops support roles; familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or Google Workspace; heavy daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
