Remote Supplier Engagement Coordinator for Tech Company

Posted 2h ago

About the role

An AI-native procurement platform is automating how enterprises run sourcing events, and is looking for a Supplier Engagement Coordinator to own supplier outreach and protect participation rates across live events. The company is early-stage and seed-funded with a small team, recently recognized as one of the most promising procurement-technology companies of 2025–2026. With product-market fit validated, it is scaling its enterprise customer base — and the volume of live sourcing events is growing faster than automation alone can manage on the human side. Day-to-day, you will call suppliers to confirm receipt of RFx invitations, walk them through deadlines, answer event questions, route technical issues to the account team, and flag at-risk suppliers before participation slips. You will also keep contact records current and may help build the outreach playbooks this function runs on. Success means consistently high supplier participation, a clean contact database, and nothing falling through the cracks.

What you'll do

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in phone-based B2B outreach calling companies in English — supplier follow-up, SDR/BDR, B2B collections, recruiting, or customer success
    • Demonstrated experience sustaining high-volume daily outbound calling and managing dozens of concurrent outreach threads without follow-up gaps
    • Hands-on contact research and verification using LinkedIn, company websites, and other open sources
    • Disciplined documentation of outreach activity — logging every touchpoint, outcome, open item, and next follow-up
    • C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing phone conversations with procurement managers and senior US executives
    • Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quiet, professional environment suitable for client-facing calls
    • Availability to work U.S. business hours
